Statistical Project Leader (Associate Director) in Biostatistics - Germany
We have partnered with this leading, global pharma, who are looking for a Statistical Project Leader (Associate Director) in Biostatistics for Immunology studies. This position offers involves taking a lead in statistical contributions to clinical trials, providing statistical leadership, and driving innovation across drug development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert statistical and scientific contributions to clinical development plans and submissions.
- Manage project activities, timelines, and resources with a focus on operational excellence.
- Develop collaborations across various functions and work effectively with senior leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and promote teamwork, quality, and innovation.
- Represent the company in cross-functional and industry-wide activities (e.g., professional associations).
Education: PhD or MS in Statistics or a related field.
Experience: At least 6 years in pharmaceutical clinical development, including experience with Biotech, pharma, CROs, health authorities, or academic clinical research centres.
Technical Skills: Expertise in statistical techniques (SAS/R), with a strong understanding of advanced concepts.
Soft Skills: Project management, interpersonal communication, leadership skills, and proficiency in English.
