In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the microbiology laboratory in their recently renovated state-of-the-art facilities as well as guiding a team of dedicated microbiology analysts.

What will you be doing?
- Managing a talented team of analysts and ensuring that all analyses in the microbiology lab run smoothly and efficiently.
- Driving continuous improvement, optimising processes and ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Playing a key role in guaranteeing the lab meets all cGMP, USP, EU, and ISO requirements.
- Collaborating with a diverse team in a dynamic and international pharmaceutical setting, expanding your professional network globally.
What do you bring to the table?
- Demonstrable pharmaceutical industry experience, specifically within microbiology laboratory settings, and with expertise in bacteria, yeasts, and fungi.
- Strong working knowledge of cGMP and relevant regulations (USP, EU, ISO).
- Excellent managerial, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate degree in microbiology.
- Fluent English and Dutch.
