A global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in the development and manufacturing of innovative healthcare products, are seeking a Process Engineer to join their forward-thinking team who are dedicated to optimising production processes, enhancing product quality, and ensuring sustainable manufacturing practices. You will ensure the reliable operation of production infrastructure systems, supporting ongoing production processes. This role involves problem-solving, equipment development, and refinement, as well as driving process improvements and extensions. Responsibilities include designing, defining scope, managing change control, and overseeing project management, as well as developing new production processes, overseeing trial productions, and making recommendations for scaling up processes.

🫵Requirements:
  • Completed a higher professional education (in the Netherlands) or a bachelor's degree (in Belgium) in the field of chemistry, pharmacy, technology or laboratory and have supplemented your knowledge with specific training (e.g. statistics).
  • 2+ years of technical experience in development, process or project work in the pharmaceutical or process industry.
  • Good knowledge and experience with technical documentation, technical standards and guidelines.
  • Validation lifecycle experience.
  • Familiar with regulations in the field of occupational health and safety, the environment and GMP within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with Oracle system is preferred.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
