This multinational pharmaceutical company is a key player in the research and development of innovative prescription drugs, particularly in the areas of respiratory, neonatology, rare diseases, and specialty care. A strong global presence, operating and subsidising in various countries, allowing them to reach a broad patient population and healthcare professionals. They are seeking a Global Project Leader to join their renowned team to help contribute to the research and treatments that are currently in development.
You will be responsible for the development and lifecycle management of complex projects in the rare disease unit. Your primary responsibility will be in defining global strategy and vision for these projects, whilst being accountable for the communication and strategic decision making with internal governance bodies.

🫵Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in R&D from a Pharma/Biotech background
- Experience of project and people management and working in a matrix environment
- Late phase/life cycle management experience
- Global drug launch experience
- Deep understanding of phase-gate drug development
- Extensive Rare Disease experience
- Excellent communication skills
