Clinical Operations Manager
Location: Switzerland
Start Date: ASAP (12 month contract)
Up to CHF 73.72/hr (DOE)
A global, innovative pharmaceutical company are searching for an enthusiastic Clinical Operations Manager to drive the development of the operational trial related documents and procedures, and to be a key decision maker in the selection and management of External Service Providers (ESPs).
What will you be doing?
- Management of all operational trial related activities (e.g. site initiations and closures, eTMF set up, Health Authority submissions etc.)
- Select and manage ESPs, and coordinate and supervise the deliverables of all ESP related activities.
- Develop and handle trial-related operational documentation.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Clinical Research Associates.
- Contribute to the Study Master File, ensuring audit and inspection readiness.
- Actively participate in Investigator meeting preparation and presentations.
- Involvement in Site Selection Visits and Site Initiation Visits.
- Collaborate closely with other functions and with the Clinical Trial Team.
What do you bring to the table?
- Demonstrable pharmaceutical industry experience in managing Phase II and Phase III trials (min. 4 years).
- Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate scientific degree.
- Fluent English.
