The Opportunity:

As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for building and leading the company’s financial strategy, systems, and operations. You will play a critical role in guiding the organization through its pre-IPO preparations and public offering, ensuring long-term financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead IPO readiness efforts, including financial reporting, regulatory filings, and investor relations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team to support the company's rapid growth.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, SEC reporting, and other regulatory requirements.

About You:

• Proven track record as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally within the life sciences or biotech sector.
• Experience leading a company through an IPO or significant fundraising event.
• Strong background in capital markets, financial strategy, and investor relations.
• Knowledge of SEC regulations and public company reporting requirements.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
