The Solution

Partnering closely with the CSO and the venture partners, we crafted a bespoke recruitment strategy to address the company’s specific needs and growth targets. Our approach focused on identifying candidates who possessed the specialized skills required to drive the company’s research forward, while also fitting into the dynamic and fast-evolving startup environment. Over the course of the expansion, we were responsible for approximately 25% of all new hires, building the company’s leadership and technical teams.
